Ever since humans settled down, openings such as windows and doors have structured their dwellings: they enable entry and exit, allow views inside and outside – and at the same time are closed to protect intimacy. In their duo exhibition, Clara Bahlsen and Sophie Aigner approach these questions in the gutted rooms of the former public toilet facility.
