“Unzucht – Kiss the Devil’s Arse” is Itchi Fleischer’s first institutional solo exhibition. Drawing on Christian iconography of the sheep and the goat—symbols of supposed good and evil—it challenges the categorizations through which the Church has historically marginalized and demonized women and queer people. Through photography, sculpture, and performative interventions, these roles are subverted, ecclesiastical hierarchies are dismantled, and the binary opposition of good and evil is broken down. In a manner that is both playful and compelling, the result is a multifaceted body of work exploring exclusion, transformation, and resistance.

The opening will feature the performance “The Goat, The Flesh and the Gaze” with Lili Alexander.
