An out of the ordinary art venue is being set up in the middle of North Neukölln with a ceremony by the Council of Culture and a performance by Sound Mirror Neukölln. : The new municipal gallery opens with an exhibition series based around water—fundamental to all life on Earth — in the strange rooms of a historical toilet facility on Neukölln’s shipping canal.
